The strongest beach-glass shore on Lake Michigan. Kenosha's factory-era lakefront and old city dumps feed a beach where a patient morning still fills a pouch: ambers and whites alongside cobalt, teal and lavender, with a red or an orange for somebody every winter. Storms do the restocking, and the city's own visitor guide will happily point you at the sand.
