The beach at the very tip of Cape May, facing the concrete wreck of the SS Atlantus. Its fame rests on the 'Cape May diamonds', which are quartz pebbles polished by Delaware Bay, not glass. Real sea glass rides the same currents onto the same sand, though. Summer visitors pick it clean by mid-morning; a winter morning is the honest window.
