Potami Beach
Common coloursA good amount
Uji i Ftohte Beach
A shingle beach on the sheltered side of Vlore bay, just south of the city, where the pebbles come mixed with old brick and terracotta. A collector filled a bag here in July 2025, mostly seafoam and clear, with plenty still left on the stones. The bay takes almost no swell, so the glass gathers along the tideline instead of scattering down the beach.
Common coloursLoads of glass
Borsh Beach
Seven kilometres of pebbles below the Riviera road, the longest beach in Albania, and the glass here comes up green. A collector filled a cup in July 2025, nearly all bottle green in every shade with clear pieces mixed through. The stones are hard on bare feet so bring something to wear, and work the waterline where they run smallest. The middle stretch has the parking and the beach bars, the ends stay quiet.
