Glass Beach, Ireland Island South
A sign says you cannot take any of it, and they mean it, the airport checks bags on the way out. Still worth the walk, the whole shingle is glass. Green, white and brown mostly and some blue. Twenty minutes on foot from Kings Wharf, or take the bus. Go early, it fills up when a cruise ship is in.

Building Bay Beach, St George's
You cannot take any of it, same as everywhere in Bermuda, and the airport will take it off you if you try. Much quieter than the Dockyard beach though. Mostly brown and amber, plenty of green, some white, blue now and then. Check the small cave on the right, that is where it piles up. Half an hour uphill and down from Kings Square, or take a minibus.
